Why do you need to have a healthy dinner when the world is full of delicious cheesy pizzas,  Burgers, and yummy desserts? Well, a healthy dinner is as important as a healthy breakfast. You must eat a light dinner. Eating a healthy dinner has a lot of benefits, it improves your digestion, helps in weight loss, strengthens metabolism, improves skin and vision. Who says eating healthy cannot be delicious? Most of us have a notion of healthy to be bland food like clear soups or salads, but it isn’t like that. Eating healthy just means eating the food you love with healthy ingredients.  If you are wondering where to start from or if you are already following a healthy diet but want some healthy dinner ideas, here are few ideas:

  1. Nutritious Lauki

High on water and enriched with vitamins, Lauki also called bottle gourd is a healthy dinner option. Lauki is high in fiber and has a very low-calorie level, hence it helps to lose weight, maintains cholesterol, and best for a diabetic person. You can prepare Lauki curry, Lauki Posto, or lauki yakhni and serve your family a healthy dinner.

  • Pumpkin 

Pumpkin is a powerful antioxidant, rich in vitamin A and potassium, which is a good winter dinner option. It is full of fiber and including this in your dinner will fill you with very few calories.
